3. Payments

Homio Studio may require advance payments to confirm services or to proceed with product purchases necessary for the execution of the project.

Certain works may be subject to receipt of the agreed payment.

4. Timelines

All timelines provided in proposals or quotations are indicative.

Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as:

5. Liability

Under no circumstances shall Homio Studio’s liability exceed the amount effectively paid by the client for the services provided.

6. Cancellations and Changes

In case of cancellation by the client:

Services already performed must be fully paid.
Products already purchased or ordered cannot be cancelled if the supplier does not allow it.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from the provision of services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.
